The bid score turns six answers into a single number you can compare across opportunities.

What the questions measure

Relationship warmth, requirement shaping, delivery capability, capacity, budget reality, and strategic fit. Each contributes to the overall score.

Calibrating the threshold

Start with the default threshold. After ten scored bids, compare the scores of the ones you won against the ones you lost — most firms find their true threshold within the first month.

Note:Don't nudge answers to force a BID verdict. The score is a mirror, not a gatekeeper — overriding it is allowed, but record why.

Overriding a verdict

You can proceed against a NO-BID verdict; Bidro just asks you to note the reason so the decision is reviewable later.
