This guide walks you from an empty account to your first scored bid decision.

1. Capture the opportunity

From the dashboard, choose New opportunity and enter the basics: client, deadline, estimated value. Thirty seconds is plenty — you can refine later.

Tip:Capture opportunities the moment they arrive, even ones you'll probably decline. The no-bids are what make your win rate meaningful.

2. Answer the six questions

Bidro asks six qualification questions about the relationship, the requirement and the budget. Answer honestly — the score is only as good as the inputs.

3. Set your margin floor

Enter your estimated delivery days and blended day cost. Bidro shows the lowest fee that still breaks even.

4. Read the verdict

You'll get a BID or NO-BID verdict with a score. Share it as a Decision Card if a partner needs to sign off.

That's the whole loop. Next: scoring a bid in depth.
